Keeping control of your Team Manager logins is now easy with SP Passport. No longer do you need to hand out tricky passwords that people can’t easily remember and end up calling you about anyway.
Get each of your Team Managers to sign up to SP Passport
Firstly, all TMs require their own SP Passport account. The quickest way to do this is to go to www.foxsportspulse.com and click ‘Passport’ at the top-right hand side of the screen.
Why Passport? Passport replaces usernames and passwords with a simple email / password convention, making it simple for Members to login to FOX SPORTS PULSE Admin systems.
They can register for Passport from the following screen. You may want to remind them that they need to confirm their account by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.
Authorise your TMs in your Club database
Once they are signed up, you simply need to authorise them to their team in your Club database. Please find instructions for this below:
1. Login to your Club database and click on Teams
Note: If your Teams don’t appear, ensure you have the correct season filter applied. If they still don’t appear, you might need to contact your League to see if they've given you permission to add them.3. Click on the cog and select User Management from the Cog at the top-right of the page
Type in the SP Passport email address of the TM you’d like to assign and click Add
Note: Users with ‘Restricted Access' will still be able to select teams, enter live scores and results
And that’s it! There’s no limit to the number of TMs you can assign to a Team, as long as they are signed up to SP Passport.
Removing Team Manager Access
To remove a Team Manager from their Team database, click Delete as shown below.
