Do you still have members who haven't paid their registration fees?
We can help you!
The FOX SPORTS PULSE registration and payments system can take the pain out of chasing up unpaid members.
You can simply create a report of unpaid members, and send an email or SMS to the group reminding them of their obligations and options to pay.
Here's how:
Once you've generated this report, the next thing to do is to save it. To save your report, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save. Saving the report serves two functions. The first that you can come back and re-run the report at any time without clicking and dragging the fields across. The second is that you can utilise the list of unpaid members through the Communicator menu (described below) to send them a direct email or SMS.
Using Communicator
As described above, communicator can be used to directly communicate to a group of your members, in this case, unpaid members. In the Communications menu click on Send a Message and Saved Report to go through and send either an SMS or Email directly to your unpaid members.
This process is a really efficient way to target specific members and can be repeated as often as you like. It will just depend on how much you'd like to remind your members!
You can even set the reminder to be sent every week because the communication will only go to your "unpaid" members. As soon as a member logs back in and pays by card, they are automatically removed from the report and will not receive any further reminders.
Not set up to take registrations and payments online? It's not too late - we can get you set up within 24 hours and you'll be providing your members with the convenience of paying online, saving yourself time and stress.
